1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at www.crozawear.com, either by registering with us or using a guest account to check out.

2. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

For orders placed on the site, we accept cash on delivery (COD) or direct bank transfer only.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 10,000. However, Rs. 200 will be charged as a shipping cost on orders below Rs. 10,000

4. How do I know if www.crozawear.com has received my order?

After you place your order on the website, you will receive a message on the given contact number from our shipping partner within 3 days

5. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, it is delivered within 5 working days but kindly allow a delay of 2 days before contacting the customer support. Please note that dispatches are not made over the weekend or on gazette holidays

6. What if an incorrect/incomplete order is delivered to me?

We take all measures to ensure that you receive your correct order. However, in case an item is missing or incorrect, you can get in touch with us through our E-mail, Facebook or Instagram to rectify this. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

7. What is the procedure for canceling an order?

Order cancellation depends on whether your order has been shipped or not. In case you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us through our E-mail, Facebook or Instagram as soon as possible (within 12 hours), so that we can assess whether we can fulfill your request. Please note that if the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return/exchange the product in accordance with our Exchange/Return policies.
