Returns Policy

For exchange or refund, please contact us through our E-mail, Facebook or Instagram within 2 days only.

In case of exchange*, delivery charges will have to be paid again. In case of refund*, delivery charges will be deducted.

*In both cases, the customer will send the product back to the company in original CROZA packaging.

There is NO refund or exchange on any sale items.

Shipping

We offer free shipping in Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 10,000. However, Rs. 200 will be charged as a shipping cost on orders below Rs. 10,000. Deliveries are made within 5-7 working days after you have placed your order.

If you have selected cash on delivery, please have the exact amount of cash before your package arrives and arrange for someone to be present to receive the package between 9 am and 5 pm on the day of delivery.

Our standard rate, per kg is PKR 6,500. Mode of payment accepted is bank transfer. Shipping time varies depending on country to country.
